Eddie Cook

Eddie Cook is a Chartered Surveyor and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has over 45 years experience dealing with commercial property. He retired from full time employment in 2017 prior to which he held positions as Senior Building Surveyor and Portfolio Manager at Liverpool Victoria then Managing Director at leading industrial developer and asset manager, Chancerygate. Following his retirement and until the end of 2024 Eddie was a consultant to commercial property firm, Montagu Evans. He has been a Liveryman with the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors since 2013. Eddie became a Trustee with Charles S French Charitable Trust in 2020 and is also a trustee of another charitable foundation.
